The Pocatello Office is open Monday thru Friday 9 am until 5:30 pm

The Chubbuck Office lobby is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5:30 pm and the drive-up is open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 6 pm.

We have three loan officers available at the Chubbuck Office, so you do not have to make an appointment. Please contact the Loan Department if you would like to make an appointment at the Pocatello Office.

If I receive a new Debit card can I use my old PIN?
If your new card is a standard reissue with the same number, you can use your old PIN. If your new card has a different card number a new PIN will be sent to you, or you can bring your new card to the Chubbuck Office and we can set up a PIN for you.
