 Install a locked mailbox at your residence or have
your mail
delivered to a Post Office Box.
Remove your mail as promptly as you can after it has been
delivered.
Shred all personal documents before you throw them away.
This includes pre-approved credit card offers.
Do not carry your social security card with you. Keep it at home
in
a safe place or a safe deposit box.
Do not give out personal information over the phone. No one from
the Credit Union will call and ask for your account information,
social
security number, or other personal information.
When paying your bills by check, deposit all outgoing mail at the
local
US Post Office.
